Designing Voice Agents for Enterprise Requirements​

A voice agent that books a flight in under five seconds makes a compelling demonstration. Getting that same agent to work reliably for a sales representative booking travel from a moving car, or a procurement manager on a factory floor reviewing a supply chain exception in German over a mobile connection, is a different engineering problem entirely.
